Niklas Richardson
Niklas is the Technical Director at Monochrome – a leading RIA development and consultancy firm based in Epsom, Surrey. Niklas has been working with ColdFusion since 1996 and Flex since 2003 when version 1.0 hadn’t even been released yet. Niklas joined Monochrome in 2006 when Prismix merged with Monochrome in April of that year. Prismix was one of the first Macromedia Flex Partners in the UK. In 2002 Prismix created the CameraFinder RIA demo that was used by Macromedia as a fantastic example if rich internet applications and has now bred a number of similar applications that you see today.

Niklas is passionate about the future of web technology and how rich internet applications can increase user productivity for both internal applications as well as consumer facing applications. As well as working at Monochrome, in his spare time Niklas has been running the UK ColdFusion User Group here in London since 1998.
